Worst Experience I have ever had I bought a car from this dealership and have had nothing but issues. First it was headlights & wipers that did not work; now I bring this to my mecha I bought a car from this dealership and have had nothing but issues. First it was headlights & wipers that did not work; now I bring this to my mechanic and there is $2,200 worth of issues that I need to fix. The management here is not very helpful and arrogant. They do not care about people once they have your money they are done with you. Do Not Shop here or trust them! They are frauds and sell lemons for cars. DO NOT TRUST THEM! More

My car was in the shop more than I had it almost every month sometimes two weeks at a time. very very dishonest. I was taking a year older car with no amenities that mine had - sunroof, auto start, navigation. $4,000 cheaper sticker price. Then they wanted me to pay $1,500 more for the same warranty that I purchased for $3,000! let me add I purchased this car for my daughter to drive to and from college. it was so unreliable and always in the shop that she was unable to take it to school at all this year. More

Very pushy and forget there promise I purchased many cars from there , and this was one of the worst experiences of my life. Met a salesman , which worked with me and agreed to a veh I purchased many cars from there , and this was one of the worst experiences of my life. Met a salesman , which worked with me and agreed to a vehicle , spent ours working with my budget. After needing some time to think about the decision , it was but now and drive off or deal is off . And there attitudes went from nice to nasty once I walked away . Returned a few day later after they called with a better deal and once we agreed and hand shook on it . We noticed the car was damaged in lot . So they had to send it out for body work . I was going to back out but the deal was done and in my budget . Then the sales manager called and wanted more money for taxes after we agreed that was already in our agreement. He yelled at me like a child and hung up on me. I called my sales rep and he straightened it out , and finally picked up the car , waited another 2 hours , to find out they only had one key and tried to accuse me of dropping and losing it. when I didn't drive away yet . They told me to return in 2 days to be in and out to get key programmed. Brought car home and saw so many dings and scratches they were not noticeable at night. Went back spent 3 hours waiting for key to be made , showed sales manager damage and car is still back in there body shop being repaired. Every manager is a manipulator and a lier , they changed there mind and very pushy to make a sale and don't hold up to there promises. A after all that they sent me out with a 1/4 tank of gas Will never go back to that dealer again . More

Spoke to salesman who showed me numerous vehicles,all of which were supposed to be what I requested.we loved a jeep latitude which the salesman insisted was All Wheel Drive. When I asked where button or knob was to lock in ,he stated car will automatically adjust do to weather. A day later I called saying I believe my car was only front wheel drive. The manager Anthony got INVOLVED and said there was a mistake the car is front wheel drive. Explained I didn't want this vehicle . They would only take it back if I bought something else from them .which I had no choice but to do since I wanted a 4/4 or all wheel drive. If this isn't fraud or basic bait an switch I don't know what is. Worst of all I was a return customer , who purchased a suv there last year. They also agreed to wave $750 fee, which they did initially on first car . When I exchanged cars I didn't realize till the next day they charged me this fee. When I called I was told it was to late. More
