The last purchase they advised a parking sensor was out and they said it would be in the upcoming Tuesday when I advised I can only get it down on a Weekend they said that would be fine come in at 9am . I get there at 9am on the Saturday as told and they had no clue about what was going on took 3 weeks to fix the issue now they messed up the paint told me “oh this is a quick fix you can have the truck back in a day “it’s now 3 weeks and I not been contacted yet for the paint work. When you call there is no one available and they never respond, I have to go in the branch personally to get helped. When you go there they are all hanging out. Wish it was better service for the price you end up spending. More

Poor customer service, Brittney is rude and needs to be retrained, nobody is helpful, after u get the car they don’t care about ur needs so if the car starts actin up , u on ur own. A good customer service representative would’ve known to address the customer who was on the phone and than the customer that was infront of her.
