He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and willing to listen to my needs. There was never a sense of pressure or being pushed into a purchase. Very relaxed and calm process. The entire dealership had a great feel about it. Everyone seemed to like what they were doing and it shined through. They really worked with me in negotiating a final price and made it easy. There was no hard pressure sales tactics but rather a friendly back and forth conversation that lead to a great compromise. This was the best car purchase process that I have experienced and I have had my fair share of new car purchases. Well done Concordville Subaru! Well done Anthony! More
