The service I received at Liberty Subaru was far and above that of any of the other dealerships. Anthony,the salesman took time to explain everything about my purchase. He took me to the car and pointed out the different features of the car and how they worked.He also explained in detail the warrenties and other services that I had purchased. He was very thorough and this made it very easy for me to understand. Most of all Anthony was very professional in his interaction with me, he was curtious and not condicending like some of the salesman I have delt with over the years. It went very smoothly and did not take much time- JOHN CLARK, who has many years as a financial adviser under his belt, is very knowledgable about Subaru's history and makes, helped me to make a decision early on- besides the price and the features which were all important to me and which I got all in my new car, we looked at everything at once- financing, etc, He kept me focused so that I did not get distracted by too many choices. Knowledge, professionalism and caring warm attitude of sales team is a fabulous combo - makes my job of buying a car SO MUCH EASIER! We even worked on my image and he was able to give me an advise on that... TOM PORTEE- amazing professional! He really cares. Great Experience, Superior Service with a Exceptional Staff Everything about my experience was perfect. As this was my first time looking at a new car I was naturally worrisome. The atomsophere at Liberty of Emerson was relaxed and comfortable. I had went to other dealership including other Subarus but this one just had a more welcoming atmosphere. I had the pleasure of working with Anthony, who was knowledge, professional and polite. There was no pressure. None. It felt more like working with a friend than a sales person. The process was smooth and well organized. He worked with my price range and found me a vehicle I like. I went in Friday to get the generally info, went back the following Friday to purchase and buy Wednesday I was in my car (as it had to be shipped in). Every employee was friendly, welcoming and professional. I will definitely be staying with Anthony and Liberty Subaru of Emerson for all my future car needs. More
