WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I would never step foot in this dealership and neither should you. It was the most horrific unprofessional experience of my life. The sales people are not knowledgeable about the vehicles they sell, they do not live up to what they commit to, no one knows what they are doing, even my lease was incorrect and I had to manually correct it. The vehicle was delivered dirty and the gas tank was completely empty after the sales person told me he personally put gas in it. Lies, Lies, Lies! Run away from this dealership FAST! In addition I left 4 messages for the owner to call me and surprise - I have not gotten a call back. Not sure how they stay in business! More

A lot of shady information First of all I had a lease, then I decided to buy the car since my wife needed the car. I was with my family doing the purchase and didn’t have much t First of all I had a lease, then I decided to buy the car since my wife needed the car. I was with my family doing the purchase and didn’t have much time to review the contract. I was advised to purchase extra Garantee which I did for 1,800, however when I reviewed the contract I was charged 2,500 instead. Furthermore there were a few minor twicks like wash the car and so on that I was told to get and they never happened. Very disappointed with dealer. I was planning to buy another car there, but now I’ll start looking some other place. Very disappointed with that dealer. More

Javier made buying and test driving my new a smooth process without making me feel pressured. He was kind and patient. Will Rivera was horrible to work with and actually bought me to tears in the dealership when he told me the decision I was making "stupid" on issues I was having on the first dodge that I bought from the dealership. My interaction with him made me question about doing any other business with the dealership. Luckily Stephen Joseph was there to help rectify the situation "somewhat". The initial experience I had purchasing my car at this dealership taught me a lot of dos and don'ts when I purchase my next vehicle. More
