Things took way too long to just do paperwork to stay in my leased vehicle.....I was there for 3 hours..totally unacceptable! While I was waiting for whoever to do whatever the staff there had a pizza part my leased vehicle.....I was there for 3 hours..totally unacceptable! While I was waiting for whoever to do whatever the staff there had a pizza party celebrating someones birthday..meanwhile I hadn't yet eaten a thing but continued to wait another hour past that. I've worked with other dealerships and never came close to things taking that long. I will say Tony did his best to keep me occupied and calm because my patience was wearing very thin. I did NOT like the manager who came over trying to up sell me on things and not tell me what everything was or the extra cost..luckily since I was left to sit and think for so long I came to the realization I didn't need anything but the warranty. Armand was great..went through the paperwork quickly..answered all my questions, helped me connect a new phone to my truck and filled my wiper fluid for me. You guys really need to figure out how to get things done quicker..I seriously don't know if I will be returning to DeNooyer for future sales because every time it's the same thing. More
