Worst buying experience I have ever had in my last 4 certified used car purchases in the past 6 years. They sold me a vehicle that according to Nissan corporate NEVER should have sold. This car had 2 St certified used car purchases in the past 6 years. They sold me a vehicle that according to Nissan corporate NEVER should have sold. This car had 2 Stop Sales, but they still sold it and said NOTHING. Sold as a certified preowned. They would NOT repair even though the issue had to do with the stop sale, battery overheating and expanding. Jenkins would NOT return or stop sale the vehicle but told me it was a deal, and I was responsible for paying even though they sold a vehicle in bad faith, knowing it had issues that would cause it NOT to run. More

What a horrific experience buying here. Broken promises, let me leave with a broken vehicle. There is not after the sale customer service. This dealership is a bait and switch organization. They listed a Nissan Sentra online for 20840. I went there specifically for this vehicle however when I arrived the sales team added almost 9k of ex They listed a Nissan Sentra online for 20840. I went there specifically for this vehicle however when I arrived the sales team added almost 9k of extra’s causing the new price to be over 29k and the salesman had somewhat of an attitude. They say the extra costs are identified in the small print in the disclaimer. Their justification for the price increase is the Jenkins package that they PUT ON ALL OF THEIR VEHICLES. If the package is on all of their vehicles then the online price should reflect it, don't bait a customer into the showroom and then tell them that they have no choice especially since the items in the Jenkins Package doesn't value up to what they are charging for it i.e. locking lugs $199 plus many more overpriced items. I will be reaching out to the BBB because I think they are posting a lot of vehicles the same way. They get you there and then hit you with the additional fees and cost. We took our Nissan Murano 2018 in for service and met Ronnie Carter and Obed Matos. They were both great individuals who were pleasant and cheerfully willing to take care of us. Fantastic Team! Our Salesperson PIERCE WALN was very patient & knowledgeable. PIERCE WALN went over all the bells & whistles as promised. We are looking for light color exterior car with light interior Nissan Rogue. DEEN BOHLER was able to check inventory and found one. It would be there on the 23rd. Delivery was 31st. There was never any pressure from anyone at the dealership. Our outcome on price was astonishing. PIERCE WALN even acknowledged my problem after I sent a picture in an e-mail which was resolved. MAZINE ISMAILI was my Finance Director who explained all the paperwork along with the extra warrantee's we signed. We would highly recommend to our friends and would without a doubt purchase another vehicle. Hope the same team will be there when the time comes. Great job by all. More
