Buying a new car I have been a long standing customer of Heritage Dealership in Owingsmills, Md. I've worked with Jo Perry in 2016 he got us a great deal on two new ve I have been a long standing customer of Heritage Dealership in Owingsmills, Md. I've worked with Jo Perry in 2016 he got us a great deal on two new vehicles. So we went back yesterday after learning about an upgrade program. We had no appointment and only wanted to deal with Jo Perry. Once again he took us under his wing, looked out for us and got me the best deal. Tony in finance is awesome too. In 2017 our daughter needed a new car we all came to Heritage and we were not disappointed. We only use Owingsmills dealership because of he best customer service they provide to all. More

I inquired about a vehicle one week ago and I immediately received a call from my sales associate. I showed up the following week and everything was exactly what was discussed with my sales associate and sales manager. I was able to get the exact vehicle I wanted (Chrysler Pacifica TLPlus) for the exact price I was comfortable paying. This vehicle purchase was by far the smoothest transaction I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a Dodge, Jeep, Chrysler, RAM, Fiat and Alfa vehicle and I will go to this dealership before I go anywhere else. More

Went in for price difference on lease/buy wal out w/ a Jeep I decided to stop in the dealership after work to see how much it would be for my trade in and the difference in prices between leasing and buying. I I decided to stop in the dealership after work to see how much it would be for my trade in and the difference in prices between leasing and buying. I was introduce to Joe Perry, he asked me those basic question what am I looking for in a vehicle and off we went. Looking at multiple Jeep Compass until we found the one. Before I know it I was in a bid war for monthly payments, kind of felt cool lol. In the end I got what I wanted a reasonable Monthly payment & they got what they wanted new customer for life and a end of year sale. I want to thanks all the guys that night, see you when it's time to trade the wife car in. More
