John took excellent care of us before we ever even arrived- calling us along our way from Delaware to make sure we had the right address. His interaction with us was truly top notch! We had been to several dealerships in search for the best deal and we are so happy that our search ended in Owings Mills. We felt that our wants and needs were considered and given the highest priority throughout the deal. Top notch salesman!!! John Ferraiuolo was a superb salesman to work with. He was energetic in finding me the truck I wanted, the amount I needed for my trade in and the bot John Ferraiuolo was a superb salesman to work with. He was energetic in finding me the truck I wanted, the amount I needed for my trade in and the bottom line price I wanted. I was and am very pleased with his performance 110 percent. The extra 10 percent was I requested of him to deliver the truck to me where I work. How's that for a salesman!!!! More

(Salesman) and Tony P (Sales Manager) both were willing to work with me via email through-out the process to find the right vehicle and the right deal while I could continue to run my business and not spend hours at the dealership. They spent the time necessary to make the deal work so I could take advantage of manufacture incentives but still getting the best available JEEP CHEROKEE TRAIL-HAWK at a great price. and not having to settle for anything less than I truly wanted For any professional ladies out there that need a vehicle please see John F as he is both knowledgeable and respectful. Outstanding experience Normally, buying a car is not such a good experience. It's confusing, frustrating, and you walk away with a sense of mistrust. The sales team was knowledgable and we felt a true sense of honesty in their approach. The general manager got involved, was very helpful, and a process that usually takes considerable time was made very quick and easy. The best car buying experience I've ever had Joe Perry was a complete professional and didn't play around. Got me the deal I needed fast. Went above and beyond my expectations. Could've have had a better buying experience then dealing with him. He never made me wait endlessly on replies back and didn't have me sitting around for hours. He got the car, called me when it was ready, had all the paperwork in-hand and I was out the door the fastest I've ever been buying a vehicle. Even the finance department were great too. I'll definitely come back to this dealership and of course Joe Perry in the future. More

Professional, excellent customer service, sense of humar For years, I wanted a Jeep Wrangler. I decided to start looking last year in going into dealerships, stopping people with Jeeps asking questions, and For years, I wanted a Jeep Wrangler. I decided to start looking last year in going into dealerships, stopping people with Jeeps asking questions, and going on the internet getting information. Some of the dealerships that I went into environment felt "cold" and it took awhile for a sales person to address me. I do not know what could be the reason, maybe because I was a female by myself. Months later, I decided I am ready to purchase, but I still was not there as far as a dealership to work with, so I sent three dealerships in my area 10-12 questions. One dealership told me to come in and talk. I stated to save me time, answer my questions because I do not want to sit in a dealership for hours and walk out the door with nothing and then come back. The other dealership did not answer my questions. Heritage Jeep Owings Mills, John was the only one that answered my questions. So I took him to the next level, I asked more questions then I talk with him over the telephone and texted him questions and/or concerns. John had a lot of patients with me in my process. He spent a lot of time with me; wherein, he could have decided to let someone else deal with me. Finally, I came into the dealership after 4 months to meet John and talk about buying the vehicle I wanted. We went back and forward between Sahara and Sport, and what I am willing to pay for a vehicle of choice, which was the Sahara. I did not buy a vehicle that day. I continue texting John with questions about the tire cover, gas adapter, and other stuff. John hung on in there with me. For this man to have as much patient and continue responding to me, I would recommend him to anybody that which to purchase a vehicle that Heritage sale. Let me mention this, the day that I plan to purchase the vehicle, it was suppose to take about 45 minutes. It took me 5 hours. I guess I can go on, but I want to leave you with this. John, Jeff, Mike and Tony that assisted with the sale of my vehicle were all great guys and a great team to work with. I have personal stories about all of them in this process that was all good, enjoyable and satisfying. Excellent experience. More
