Researched vehicles for two weeks and when I finally contacted Ken, he was knowledgeable, helpful and made it worth driving two hours to work with him. When there were a few problems with the vehicle we wanted, Ken made sure we got another that exactly fit our specifications. There are a lot of rebates available they show on line and to be honest, when talking to other dealers, it felt like a bait and switch. Ken cut out everything that didn't apply, showed us his bottom line and we walked out feeling we got the best deal we could. I've already recommended him to my coworkers. I inquired with Heritage about a pre owned truck a week ago and was fortunate enough to have Mrs Inoma as my sales representative. Not only was she patient with all my questions as I was a 2 hour drive fro ago and was fortunate enough to have Mrs Inoma as my sales representative. Not only was she patient with all my questions as I was a 2 hour drive from the dealer and could not see the truck in person but she went so far as to take additional photos and get me detailed answers to all my questions. The truck was exactly what I expected when I arrived and the process was as streamlined as possible during a pandemic and everyone from Mars. Inoma to Tony the sales manager, Tony in the finance department, Assad and Shandley all made my visit very pleasant and professional.
