I was dealing with a pretty crappy situation where my Grand Cherokee was totaled and I needed a new vehicle. Ken went above and beyond to help me find something that would work for my budget while still allowing me to stay in the "Jeep family" like I wanted. Tony was also great in financing! He helped walk me through what was and was not necessary to add on and I think I ended up with a pretty great deal :) More

Great selection, Patient sales staff, and No Pressure!!! We were in the market for a new truck. I contacted the dealer via Internet due to the selection of trucks they had. We met with him over a few days. He was patient while we test drove different trucks. He listened to what we wanted and needed. He suggested several options. He did not push any trucks with too many features on to us since that is not what we were looking for. Once we made our selection the buying process was quick and painless. We felt the price was great and this was the first time buying a car that the finance side of the house was quick and painless. We highly recommend contacting John Ferraiuolo and discussing your buying needs! We also worked with Tony Pozderac in Management and Anthony Hart in Finance. All employees had great personalities and it was a great buying experience. We hope to have this truck a long time, but when in the market we will be back!!! More

John was so great to work with. He was never overbearing or pushy and helped me throughout the entire process. I never once felt like I annoyed him with all my questions. My Sales Person John Ferraiulo was awesome. John was very transparent and ensured that I had all of the information needed to make a solid decision.
