I went into the dealership unsure and confused. Your staff helped it all become more clear. They didn't know what to do first to help me. I visited Planet Honda recently and while I was not actually ready to make a purchase after speaking with Anthony Hartley (sales consultant)he guided me through the featues of the various models. I was recommended by a friend to Planet Honda because I was considering buying a Honda Accord. My friend worked with Anthony Hartley and was so pleased with his service that she thought I would like work was considering buying a Honda Accord. He was patient, considering this was the first time I was buying my own car. He also helped me work within my budget. I felt very comfortable with Anthony's knowledge of the car and with the dealership. Everyone there was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I did buy that Honda from Anthony and I am very very happy driving it. I will recommend Anthony and Planet Honda to everyone wanting to buy a Honda. A great Dealership...a great salesman. More

I went to Planet Honda and waited for a few minutes and nobody helped me. As a salesperson approached, I asked if someone can help me as I am interested in a new car. I told him, give me your best price nobody helped me. As a salesperson approached, I asked if someone can help me as I am interested in a new car. I told him, give me your best price and he quotes me MSRP. Really??? He states that he is trying to make a sale and I am trying to buy and what is my price. I asked him what is the best offer and still wanted to quote MSRP and now I am getting tired on this game and was about to walk out. He then stated a number and said will this be good and I stated that yes but will need to consult with my wife and will be back tomorrow as it sounds good. In his defense he did say he had to speak with his manager. That afternoon I tried emailing him as well as contacting him by phone with no response as I wanted to be there early and buy the car. About to give up until he called. I wanted to confirm if the price was good and he stated he couldnt say over the phone. I asked him what are the possiblity of that price and he stated that he does not think it was unreasonable. I told him great as I do not want to come over there and find out differently. In my mind that means yes as he couldn't state it over the phone. I get over there the next morning a few minutes before it opens and spoke with him. As I told him the price we agreed he said he had to take it to his manager. In the meantime while talking to us, another customer greets him and he stated to them that he will only be a few minutes with me. I am thinking great, its a done deal. He comes back and the price he quotes is 1,400 higher than what he led me to believe. Now I am upset as I woke up early on a Saturday to come down expecting to buy a new car and then get another quote from him. What makes me more suspect is that he tells the other customer he will be only a few minutes. Does that mean he knew the deal would not go thru or did not care for us and wanted to service the other customer he seem very friendly with. This has been a bad experience from the start with no attention until I had to ask for help, getting a salesperson that haggled at MSRP and then tried to switch his price. I heard great reviews about this place and really wanted to have the Planet Honda experience and be a loyal client as in a couple of years I would need to buy cars for my kids. But I cannot recommend this place based on the experience I had received. More

Anthony Hartley was my salesperson. He did an excellent job working with me throughout the buying process. He addressed all of my concerns, worked with me on all of the paperwork, and explained the functi job working with me throughout the buying process. He addressed all of my concerns, worked with me on all of the paperwork, and explained the functions of the vehicle. His customer service was great and he made himself available for any future questions that I may have. Jay Morris, the sales manager, was there at every step of the process to make me comfortable and to help with any questions that I had. He followed up with me following the purchase to make sure that everything was good. Margaret Cummings worked with me on the financing. She was very patient in explaining the paperwork and process. The overall experience at Planet Honda was good and I would recommend Anthony to friends and family looking to purchase a vehicle. More

Other dealerships were not as friendly and helpful, and this is why I will always be a repeat customer because of how well happy with my new Pilot!
