almost 3 weeks ago i trade-in my old Honda C-RV and bought a new Honda Pilot. Just a few words about my expirience. All was good, except for i got riped off by finance manager Margaret (not sure about last name, i guess Cummings). It's inderstandable, that all dealers trying to get extra buck from every customer, but telling an obvious lie means disrespecting a customer. Margaret told me that i can't keep my old lisence plates, because, ATTENTION!!!, i'm buying car with bigger engine, that's why i have to register a new lisence plates!!! And she actually forced my to pay for a new registration, but few days after, what an irony, a girl from Planet Honda DMV department called me and said that she cannot find some paper where it says what option i choose, new registration or keep old one. Quite "professional":-). Well i choose to keep old plates and get refound, btw got refound without any problems. Bottom line, good company, professional sales persons, friendly enviroment, but there is always sombody who can spoil your impression. More

We went to Planet Honda due to our credit being less then great. we tried other dealers who promised results and all we got was aggravation. At Planet Honda they delivered what Athey promised. The overall customer service was exceptional from the moment I drove into the parking lot until I drove out with my NEW CAR! I described to him what I need in a car and he helped me to make the best motor vehicle purchase I have ever made in my entire life. I have owned over 7 cars in my life and this has been the smoothest purchase I have and the most friendly service I have ever received. It's like baking a cake, Anthony baked the cake by putting everything together and recommending the right car to suit my need then Levi in the finance department put the icing on the cake by ensuring I got the best interest rate and recommending some very necessary 'add-ons' such as the remote start, that I glady accepted for the price. Overall, I am very happy with my BRAND NEW 2011 HONDA ACCORD EXL and the price I got it for! THANK YOU PLANET HONDA!!!! More
