Professional, kind, awesome to deal with. I’ve never had a good car buying experience ever. The last 4 cars I bought took me 6-8 hours of sitting in the dealership. I HATE buying cars, I drea I’ve never had a good car buying experience ever. The last 4 cars I bought took me 6-8 hours of sitting in the dealership. I HATE buying cars, I dread it. I thought that’s how it is (in any dealership in Waukesha as a woman). Not at Honda or Kenosha, I wasn’t treated like garbage, I was in and out in 2 hours, dare I say it was a pleasant experience. I only wish they were closer to me for service. I’m going to be recommending HOK to everyone I know and refer them to Anthony L. More

My husband and I worked with Anthony Lee and we can't say enough things about him. He was not pushy, very personable, answered all of our questions without hesitation, and was great with our daughter. We als enough things about him. Called and arranged a time on the same day to test drive a used car. Confirmed with Anthony Rodriguez of Honda of Kenosha that the vehicle was available and for sale at the price listed. Since I was driving a used car. Confirmed with Anthony Rodriguez of Honda of Kenosha that the vehicle was available and for sale at the price listed. Since I was driving from several hours away, I offered to put money down on the car to hold it until I arrived at the agreed upon time later that day. He assured me that it was not necessary to put money down, and that he would "pull the key" to ensure that the vehicle would be available for purchase after driving several hours to purchase it. Halfway on my drive to the dealership, I sent a follow up text to let them know that I would be arriving about 30 minutes earlier than anticipated. At this time, I received a call from Davie of Honda of Kenosha informing me that the vehicle was sold 5 minutes ago. I took this opportunity to speak with Mousa, who is their Sales Manager and he informed me that this is just how they conduct business and that he was sorry to hear that I was upset. It goes without saying that this is clearly not a dealership that operates in a way consistent with what one would expect from a Honda Dealership. More
