This is our second purchase through Phillips and we prefer this dealership over any other! Six years ago our salesperson was Anthony, who has since moved to management, a deserved position. We continue prefer this dealership over any other! Six years ago our salesperson was Anthony, who has since moved to management, a deserved position. We continued to stay in contact with him for our purchase this time and as he is always honest, compassionate, and knowledgeable. He referred us to Bobby whom my husband communicated with on the phone. We were out of state when Bobby and my husband reached an agreement we were more than happy with. My personal experience was the day we picked up and purchased our new truck. When we walked in, we were immediately greeted by Anthony with smiles and hugs. We caught up on family news, he remembered after 6 years! He then referred us to Durman as it was Bobby's day off. Durman was soft spoken, sincere, and very accommodating to our needs. He made sure we were getting the experience we wanted, giving us time to examine the truck, taking a test drive at our convenience, answering all our questions. Durman had another customer he was also attending to as he navigated between the both of us. He apologized profusely that his time was split. He couldn't have been kinder. Anthony came over to us multiple times to see how things were going and if we needed anything. Their care of customers is exceptional! We continue to highly recommend Phillips to all of our friends, two who have made purchases there since hearing about our great experiences. More
