2nd buy from Phillips was even better than the 1st in 2015! Couldn't be more pleased than our recent purchase of the 2020 Equinox from Phillips in Frankfort. I looked hard for the right vehicle at the inventor Couldn't be more pleased than our recent purchase of the 2020 Equinox from Phillips in Frankfort. I looked hard for the right vehicle at the inventory of all 25 of the surrounding Chevrolet dealerships and only located 2 that totally filled our wish list at the right price. I made an internet offer to one dealership in Villa park and did not get the prompt response that I expected. Chris Baxendale, a great sales rep at Phillips, was politely persistent in following up with me throughout the 2-week ordeal. He finally brought over, from their Lansing location, the perfect vehicle that finally caught my wife's interest, also. By the time we arrived to finalize the deal, Anthony McAuley got involved in securing us the lowest auto loan that we could get and, to boot, took off a few more bucks to seal the deal. You know that you've bought from the right dealership when you leave the showroom knowing that you have gotten the best deal possible.
