They are always pleasant and should there be a follow issue their attitude does not change. I've dealt with other dealerships and should you come back saying the problem is s and should there be a follow issue their attitude does not change. I've dealt with other dealerships and should you come back saying the problem is still there they act like you are crazy and wasting their time. More

third time the charm I bought a certified preowned, purchased and extended warranty. The vehicle had a vibration and jerk in transmission. Didn't notice on short test driv I bought a certified preowned, purchased and extended warranty. The vehicle had a vibration and jerk in transmission. Didn't notice on short test drive befor buying. First time, told that it was normal. Second, reprogrammed. Third, rebuilt, and replace. Everyone was so nice and friendly to get me to this level. More

Service Advisor “Chuck” not customer oriented First, we were not acknowledged by Chuck. For quite awhile he ignored us and kept doing the task he was involved with. Other service advisors were sp First, we were not acknowledged by Chuck. For quite awhile he ignored us and kept doing the task he was involved with. Other service advisors were speaking up to say “he’ll be with you” as they seemed embarrassed by his being zoned out.. Next, he rudely, without saying “excuse me”, reached at my waist and grabbed a service form from the front of the counter. I had to step back as he approached, and I said, “excuse you!” He still was not phased. He may be a brilliantl car guy, but totally lacks in customer service and common courtesy. After finally talking with me, his manner was blunt and demanding. After taking my information, he got “Dave” to shuttle us home and told us to get his card so he could pick us up the next morning to come back to the dealership. Next am at 10am, I call Dave and he is unavailable as he is Tampa. So I got a neighbor to drive me. Upon arrival at about 11am, Chuck was not at his desk. “He May be at lunch.” Another advisor ran my credit card, but did not review what work was done or what the technician had reported on the checklist of future items that need attention. I asked him about Dave, and he said Dave was not the right person who would pickup in Dunedin. So Chuck had given us bad information which led to a further thwarted expectation. Then an assistant brought my car up and parked it where I could not drive it out safely. I had to ask him to bring the car out to where I could drive it. Overall, not a good experience. My car is a 2013 Nissan Altima which had to have its transmission replaced at 63,000 miles. Out of warranty. No, I will not use this service department again and NO, I will never buy another Nissan. More
