Wonderful people but the mechanical end of it needs some wor I have had 3 experiences with Lokey Nissan that have been frustrating.the last one was about a month ago my last app. I spent roughly around 1000,00 d I have had 3 experiences with Lokey Nissan that have been frustrating.the last one was about a month ago my last app. I spent roughly around 1000,00 dollars and noticed afterwards a few days later something hanging underneath my car. I physically can not get down there to look at it. I have notified Lokey about it through there performance surcey afterwards and have never heard a word back from them!! Which is disheartening to me. I am trying to be a loyal customer but the performance of the mechanics is making it difficult!! The service reps are wonderful thats why i stay but i am seriously considering going elsewhere due to the lack of their mechanic end of the service. More

Poor service center for maintenance I feel that the service center doesn't do a thorough job. They never turn off my check engine light, two times I have had tire issues and reported the I feel that the service center doesn't do a thorough job.
