Once we had come to an agreement on price, the salesman and his manager had a mis-communication on the car we had talked about. The car price he quoted was for a standard, not an automatic. A man has two things in life to stand by. His spoken word and his name. They honored both and stuck to the deal we agreed to. More

Our salesman, Anthony, shot straight with us the whole time, which we greatly appreciated. We looked at several cars, and he got us into the exact car we were hoping for at the onset of our car buying adventure. Having just bought a Subaru from a different dealership, I have to say that the experience with Paramount was much better. Anthony took us for a relaxing test drive on the Blue Ridge Pkwy which set things apart from the beg Purchased a 2017 certified pre-owned Kia Sorento. Anthony took us for a relaxing test drive on the Blue Ridge Pkwy which set things apart from the beginning - typical car buying stress melted away as Anthony diligently walked thru the process and Kia approach. We liked the car but it wasn't the original that had lured us in; Anthony immediately hopped on the phone to arrange a transfer from their other location without a single bit of pressure. Having already obsessed over the details (ie ONLY the V6 models that are also AWD can tow 5000lbs, the V6 FWD maxes out at 3500) Anthony walked with us side by side rather than act salesy, culminating in a good suggestion on how to get the car that day while we waited on the insurance check to deposit. Side note, wife was involved in a bad head on collision with an out of state driver a few weeks ago, the fact that she felt comfortable behind the wheel today was priceless! We overlook what initially appeared like higher prices shopping online, and were glad that we did as we ended up getting more value and a pain free experience. More
