My son purchased his first vehicle from Salerno’s dealership on April 7,2023 and it has turned out to be a horrible experience. The day of the purchase after waiting at least an half hour for the sal dealership on April 7,2023 and it has turned out to be a horrible experience. The day of the purchase after waiting at least an half hour for the salesman my son who he had a appointment with and had been working with ;everyone was very pleasant and the customer service was great ; so we over looked that. With the test drive the vehicle rode great and all seemed good. However ,14 days after purchasing the vehicle he received a check engine light.( Our first clue should have been that the salesman unexpectedly resigned advising us that he didn’t like the way that they did business)We called the dealership and was initially advised that it was due to the gas cap not being on tight enough. A day after the check engine light came on the vehicle other lights started to come on and the vehicle would lose power and the speedometer showed that the vehicle was traveling 180MPH while sitting still. Because we were from out of state we were advised to take the vehicle to our local Infinity dealer to get the codes read. The codes were read and we were advised that some filters were bad ( a minor issue) but also the computer in the vehicle needed to be “ relearned” in order to have the vehicle updated we would have to pay $200 on top of the $200 paid for the diagnostic test and then were told that the car could still throw some more codes and other parts might be needed. We reached back out to Salerno to see if we could bring the vehicle back to them to have this completed. To which they refused to do. I was told that even though the vehicle has a check engine light on and would not have passed inspection in NJ that is not my concern because it has to pass in PA where I reside. I was told that my son probably drove the vehicle too hard since he was young (24) which caused the vehicle to start having these issues. Before we left the dealership the NJ inspection sticker was taken off so I have no idea when it was last inspected. ( Our ignorance for not taking note ) When I questioned when the last inspection was completed the party that I was speaking to (Simon) suddenly had to get off the phone.Bottom line is they refused to fix anything and of course the suggested warranty he purchased does not cover what needs to be done I don’t usually write reviews but while this is a learning experience for my son it has been a horrible first car purchase as well !!! Though the filters are minor the fact that two weeks after purchase they need changing clearly shows that they never had a mechanic look at the vehicle or if they did it was just enough to reset the codes so that the vehicle could be sold without their detection. I was considering purchasing a vehicle from them in the future however clearly my return business is not wanted. I/we will never buy a vehicle from them again certainly never recommend anyone else buying a vehicle from this place again!!! More

I found Lourdes to be professional and courteous to my wife and I as well as her colleagues. She was very knowledgeable and knew her product and listened to whatever we had say and answered all of our wife and I as well as her colleagues.
