I bought my 2020 GX 460 here. I have been to 5 other dealership and hands down they offered the best price and hassle free sales. I took the 4k rebate vs the zero percent APR and ended financing throug dealership and hands down they offered the best price and hassle free sales. I took the 4k rebate vs the zero percent APR and ended financing through them. They have also offered me the best financing rate (2.3% for 72 months) Special shout out to Carlos Vargas and Anthony Piccirillo as they made this buying experience seamless. More

My recent experience at Rallye Lexus has compelled me to deviate from my usual position. Rallye Lexus is one of the Elite leadership in New York for two main reasons: professionalism of the staff and their willingness to work with customers to meet their needs. Sales and Leasing Consultant A. Piccirillo and Sales Manager A. Costanzo worked diligently with me during the recent replacement of two old Lexus vehicles for two new ones. They were patient, responsive and forthcoming. We disagreed on several issues but their ability to work with me and try to reach consensus was an important consideration for my decision to lease and purchase these vehicles from Rallye Lexus. More

Great Service I have a brand new ES less than 2 weeks old that wouldn’t start because of a defective battery. Roadside service got the car started and I took it to I have a brand new ES less than 2 weeks old that wouldn’t start because of a defective battery. Roadside service got the car started and I took it to Rallye who immediately took the car in and replaced the battery. Very happy with the service department but not happy with quality control before the car was given to me. They should have known there was a problem with the battery. More
