The best I will keep buying a new Lexus every 2 years because there is no better service dept then this one!! The worst dry humored sales man there ever lived. Anthony Piccirillo is one of the worst car salesman there is. He is rude. He tries to be funny by being sarcastic and acts like he knows everything. Honest personable awesome I have leased with Lexus for 19 years. I introduced Lexus to other family members. I previously leased with Smithtown Lexus, unfortunately for me I am I have leased with Lexus for 19 years. I introduced Lexus to other family members. I previously leased with Smithtown Lexus, unfortunately for me I am a customer that is loyal and when given a price and told that is the best price. Don’t worry I always take care of you. I trust blindly. This year a light bulb went off and I called Rallye Lexus and was given a great price with a 3 year lease. It was better than Smithtown Lexus gave me. Going forward I will drive a little further to Rallye Lexus for better treatment. More

Flat tire on newLexus Got new Lexus 460 to replace 2016 model and 2 weeks later was in Manhattan and got flat tire- have tire coverage and called and spare tire was put on Got new Lexus 460 to replace 2016 model and 2 weeks later was in Manhattan and got flat tire- have tire coverage and called and spare tire was put on my vehicle- called Rallye and got prompt appointment for next day and got a new tire- staff was professional and helpful and everything done without a problem- Happy to get the quick service for had to go to Providence, RI a few days later- Highly recommend Rallye Sales & Service! More
