I called Rallye Lexus to inquire about availability of a specific trim and color of a Lexus TX 350. Jason Pena informed me that the one I'm looking for will be delivered and available within 2 weeks. He wor specific trim and color of a Lexus TX 350. Jason Pena informed me that the one I'm looking for will be delivered and available within 2 weeks. He worked out a price that I was satisfied with and took care of everything over the phone. He communicated with me well during the process, even responding to me while he was not at the dealership. Everyone during the process were very courteous and professional. I had the pleasure of speaking with the general manager, John Tetta a few weeks after picking up the vehicle. I mentioned that I was looking into getting running boards possibly during my first scheduled vehicle maintenance. He called me the next day to let me know he ordered running boards and there is no need to wait to get them. He scheduled an appointment immediately and provided a loaner car. His dedication and commitment showed that customer service and satisfaction is the number one priority of Rallye Lexus. More
