We have an older Subaru Impreza as well and they really do a full inspection. They give the most pressing things on the car and understand we cannot always afford all of them at once. They also try to give an honest timeline on the future items needing addressing and when to check in on those items. Such as belts, tires, breaks, etc. More

Last week I purchased my third new Subaru from Grand Subaru a 2020 Forester. As always great service from Jeff Schade who was helping me again with this 2nd car I have bought from him. We originally came to Grand Subaru to purchase a used one....and have grown to love them due to their excellent service. When come time to turn in our leased subaru (who we got through another dealer) we went to Grand to see if they can support us...but had not yet experience a new car sale there. We worked with Matt Drwal as our sales consultant. I have to say that he carried on the same extremely high standards of Grand, as the experience was excellent. Matt knew the product, new the industry and most of all...took the time to get to know us. That made all the difference. We will continue to bring all of our cars to Grand Subaru for service, and going forward will be our first choice to continue working with Grand and especially Matt in the future for new sales. More

But to my surprise, we met Brandon and what a guy, can I adopt him? He and Matt were just the best duo working together and it couldn't have gone smoother. We were always met with smiles and handshakes. I will reccomend this dealership to all my female friends, who hate dealing with "car salesmen". Because that was not my experience at Grand Subaru.
