Stay away from this unprofessional dealer. They will not respond to emails or calls and i made a ton of them.They beat me out of my rebate for work van I filed in June of 21. Filed complaints They will not respond to emails or calls and i made a ton of them.They beat me out of my rebate for work van I filed in June of 21. Filed complaints with Ford in Dec 23,21. Ive even gone down to dealer and they lied to my face,they jerked me around and tried blaming ford corporate. Corporate told me dealer never filed rebate. As of the date of writing this 2/14/22 not a single person from wayne ford has ever called me back to try and fix the situation. Not apologies,no working on getting me my rebate. They got the sale of truck and they moved on. I just bought a 2nd ford work truck and went to verner cadby in fairfield and 100 times more professional with working with customers during the entire process. More
