Thank you for your feedback,Marquissanders1. I am familiar with your vehicle and the situation that occurred. You left part of the story out of this review. There was water intrusion in your under hood fuse block that was causing a starting issue. We proved that by tapping on the fuse block and starting the vehicle. A few days later, you then brought it back to our facility with a no start issue, because your starter failed. We service many vehicles for active duty service members and Veterans alike. We also have many team members that are veterans as well, to include myself. We value their business and our relationships with them as well.
