Thank you for your feedback, carlannmiller. Having been in the business for 23+ years, I can understand the frustration on buying a used vehicle and begin having issues with it. I always recommend purchasing an extended service contract when you buy a vehicle due to the costs of repairs and peace of mind. When the vehicle came in the first time we found a leaking rear evaporator core by utilizing a/c dye and special UV lights that help us pinpoint the leaks. I physically verified the leak with the technician. Due to the location of the front evaporator core in the dash, it's not visually accessible so normal methods of testing cannot be performed. So we have to use deductive reasoning by inspecting the rest of the system. If no leaks are found then we condemn the evaporator core in the dash.
