Recently I had my truck dropped of for some much needed maintenance. During my time there, Brittany was in charge of my service. From the time I handed her my key she was all over it making sure my satis maintenance. During my time there, Brittany was in charge of my service. The communication Brittany provided between myself and the maintenance techs was hands down the best. I have been a reoccurring customer at Lawton Dodge because of the out of the world service that Brittany shows to ensure the best work. That shows alot about customer satisfaction because it's hard to find. Brittany definitely has the service department locked down with a certain vision through her eyes, and it shows!! She is a for sure "go to" when things need to get done in a timely manner and done right for customer gratification. Well done and keep doing amazing work. Great Job Brittany and Anthony!!!
