Ayman was great to work with, but the trade in process was a joke. They offered way under blue book trade in value for my car. Buying process was fine (out of town buyer, bought car over the phone and had car shipped by the dealer). problems started when I transferred funds. Weeks go by and do not hear from the dealer, it’s been over the phone and had car shipped by the dealer). problems started when I transferred funds. Weeks go by and do not hear from the dealer, it’s been almost two months and I do not have a title and have no idea when I will get it. Dealer personnel pass the buck from department to department and no one seems to be accountable for processing the title. Furthermore, car arrived scratched and have had little to no assistance trying to get their shipper to provide feedback on the insurance claim. Their post-sale service is worthless. More
