Today was just one of those days. Tires were ordered on Friday to be put on Tuesday. Had an appt for 10 AM. Anthomy said it would be about an hour and a half. It took four hours. Noticed the whole team appears to have changed over. However, unlike some places the quality did not suffer. Anthony was great taking care of my 2002 Tacoma. It is odd to see some porters do NOT know However, unlike some places the quality did not suffer. Anthony was great taking care of my 2002 Tacoma. It is odd to see some porters do NOT know how to drive a manual. At my most recent visit only one knew how to drive a manual. It is a sign of the times so not a ding against them but if you have a manual you might want to ask before you head over for your appointment. Otherwise, like how Anthony looked up service history to see what was due and we went that route so none of that "do I really need that and did you event look silliness". He looked and saw what it was due so we knocked it out. Only thing costing a star was when i got home i had received emails and texts service and payment complete. Then I got a text my service was not complete and texted back if an error but did not ever hear from anyone again. More

An alignment was performed on my vehicle with no prior consent. When I checked out I asked if a new Maintenace sticker was placed on the front window and my monitor changed. The two service men laughed consent. When I checked out I asked if a new Maintenace sticker was placed on the front window and my monitor changed. The two service men laughed and said of course. Well when I drove away and restarted the car neither of these things were done. As a result I had to drive back to the dealership. This was not good customer service. More
