Emailed Mr. Goldstein requesting dealership correction to Auto Check. Infinity of Norwood...used my VIN number to repair someone else's 2019 qx50, same result by Goldstein requesting dealership correction to Auto Check. Infinity of Norwood...used my VIN number to repair someone else's 2019 qx50, same result by them at CarFax. No apologies, emailed me "you handle it". Reported to BBB, complaint filed for second time to Infinity consumer affairs. Request compensation check for devaluation of my 2019 qx50, reading 48k miles on my odometer, not 99k miles on the car odometer they serviced using my VIN number which is, has and continues to be reported by Mr. Goldstein s dealership Infinity of Norwood. I reside in South Carolina, never been to Massachusetts! This man and this dealership are dishonest and cannot and will not correct the problem they created..... don't buy anything from Infinity of Norwood.. .disgrace to Infinity Corporate and Norwood community. More

Outstanding Customer Service – Above and Beyond! I recently purchased a driver-side sun visor from the Infiniti of Norwood parts department and tried to install it myself in the parking lot. Unf I recently purchased a driver-side sun visor from the Infiniti of Norwood parts department and tried to install it myself in the parking lot. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the right tools, and the electrical cable slipped up into the headliner—completely out of reach. Feeling stuck, I went into the service department to ask for help. Even though the team was in the middle of a meeting (Anthony Tippett Jr., Fernando Diaz and Dominique), they immediately stopped to listen to my situation and jumped into action. Anthony took the initiative and instructed Dominique (I hope I have his name right) to take my car into the service bay and had a technician finish the installation for me. The whole process took less than ten minutes, and when I offered to pay for the labor, Dominique politely refused. It’s rare these days to find such genuine, helpful service, especially for something small. Their professionalism and kindness made a huge impression on me. I’ll definitely be coming back here for future service and highly recommend Infiniti of Norwood to anyone who values great customer care. Thomas A satisfied G37xS owner More
