I was paying cash. Have a super duper credit score (over 800). Trading in an excellent vehicle but it still took over "4" hours to buy my car. It should never ever take this long. I was left "cooling" my heels on many occasions. This should never ever happen. I had to find my sales rep on several occasions. I am very loyal to the Toyota Brand. This is my 5th one. 1st one was purchased in 1978. The whole process of buying a car needs to change. Everyone was very polite but still. I knew the vehicle I wanted. Just had to decide between 2 models. Had to ask to see the specs to compare several times before I rec'd the info. So if someone can explain to me why it took so long...that would be super. My time is worth something. I expect this probably wont get posted but whatever. More
