The service advisor was pleasant and easy to talk to. The tech shared a video of the inspection. I’d love a more thorough video of some of the other things like fluids, exhaust, transmission, etc. Th The tech shared a video of the inspection. They recently hired a gal who worked as a service advisor at Rosen where I was going before, and she was always very cordial and helpful there. I’m glad to see RDK pulled her over to join the team. You got a good one! More
