Exceeded my expectations in every regard This was my first new car buying experience, sales rep Antonio was awesome with showing me the features of the new Jetta and letting me take a long te This was my first new car buying experience, sales rep Antonio was awesome with showing me the features of the new Jetta and letting me take a long test drive on one with an auto, as well as a shorter test drive in the manual transmission car I purchased. Antonio was polite, informative, and engaging, and understood exactly what I was looking for in a new car. I was preapproved for my new vehicle loan prior to coming in, but some changes in the preapproval offer had to be made to accommodate registration costs and the higher doc fees involved with registering the car in my home state (I'm not from PA). John was very polite and forthright in explaining these facts but it also helped that I had the expectation that things would be a little different with respect to my loan when after the deal was done. Jason Hartman was also helpful and informative when it came to closing the deal and signing the paperwork. He explained the meaning and implications of each document, gave me enough time to read before signing as I needed it, and didn't pressure me into buying wheel and tire coverages or gap insurance (I have gap insurance through my insurance carrier at a lower rate). Overall my experience was the opposite of my expectation. The environment was no pressure, the process was actually fun, and the new car is fantastic. More
