I recently purchased a vehicle and, unfortunately, the entire experience has been extremely disappointing—especially given the $70,000 price tag. From the beginning, the sales team was untruthful and deceptive, particularly regarding the warranty process. We were clearly promised that scratches and paint chips on the vehicle would be repaired prior to pickup. When we arrived, not only had those issues not been addressed, but the sales team openly acknowledged it and instead offered a free detailing as a substitute. That’s not an acceptable resolution. After taking the vehicle home, things only got worse. I quickly discovered that basic maintenance checks had not even been completed. The washer fluid was completely empty, and the antifreeze level was low—simple things that should absolutely be handled before delivering a vehicle to a customer. While the corporate office has been responsive via email, there has been no meaningful follow-through or action taken to resolve these issues. The entire experience has been full of promises and communication, but no actual results—just like the sales process itself. Overall, this has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. For such a significant purchase, I expected a much higher level of professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail. More

I’ve had many cars and I’ve most recently been working with Darcars for the past seven years. It is always a truly excellent experience in Mount Kisco especially my sales person Yanni was incredible as wa with Darcars for the past seven years. Let me start by saying that I went to couple of dealers prior to visiting DARCARS Lexus of Mount Kisko. From my first encounter with Jillian Cruz, I felt comfortable with her. I had some requests and she prior to visiting DARCARS Lexus of Mount Kisko. From my first encounter with Jillian Cruz, I felt comfortable with her. I had some requests and she immediately honored them. When I arrived at the dealership, Bruno my sales representative couldn’t be more welcoming. As we were talking about the car that I was interested in, we also discussed personal experiences and we connected. I was looking at a 2023 model and I ended up buying a 2025 model. Bruno’s helped me negotiate a great deal. He is a stand up man and if you have the need of a vehicle, I truly encourage you to trust him to assist you. Finally, my last contact at the dealership was with Seth (Financial Manager) and he didn’t disappoint me. Overall my experience at DARCARS of Mount Kisko was great! Romeo Leite, and the whole team at DARCARS Lexus of Mt. Kisco were fantastic! They worked hard to get me my 2025 NX 350h with the Luxury package - which is *tough* to find since Lexus doesn't make too many Kisco were fantastic! Sure enough Romeo pulled through, and was able to find exactly what we wanted. The car has been fantastic, and a huge upgrade from my 2016 NX!
