Everyone was very friendly and nice. The dealership was very clean and organized. The salesman Kade Rose was very helpful and polite. We ended up buying 2 vehicles from Kade by the time we were through. We were introduced to Jonathan Nelson the service director. He was very impressive. I have known Jonatha from the Damson dealership that was on Bob Wallace in Huntsville. On the day we went to the dealership it was raining a little bit. Kade was the only salesperson to come and greet us outside. With Kade being a young man it is not often you find this generation willing to do what Kade did. Kade made our experience even better. I had even called him on his cell phone when we were deciding, and I was not aware that Kade was sick at home. Kade took care of us, anyway, again making the sacrifice. More

JP Ketterman was a kind and conscientious sales associate. He was very patient when answering my questions and helping me. I would highly recommend working with him! I did not have a lot of inte associate. He was very patient when answering my questions and helping me. I would highly recommend working with him! I did not have a lot of interaction iwth Mike Craig, but he arranged for a different color of car that I was most interested in to be aquired in the Huntsivlle store. Antonio Pickett in financing was professional and knowledgable. He was only doing his job & he did not put pressure on me and was still polite, but the process of promoting the extended warranty is very offputting and even infuriating when you realize what is happening. Right after you have purchased a car that you've been sold as the best car on the market with a great warranty, you can't leave or finalize the sale until the financing office tells you about all the potential issues that go wrong which will not be covered and how much extra money it will cost. It is too much, about $3000, to just make an instantaneous decision unless you are scared into "protecting" your new car from the company you just trusted to buy it from. The employees at the Huntsville dealership were great though. More
