The morning after my purchase there was a recall for the inflation kit in my car. They not only were very expedient in notifying me to make arrangements for the repair, they also made it most convenient for me. I live a considerable distance from the dealership and it was proving difficult for me to have the time to come in for the repair. Mike and Sami (from the service department), picked my car up from my house, took it to the dealership, made the repairs and returned it to my home. I was in the hospital while this took place so I actually never even knew it was gone, except for Mike's conversations with me about the entire process. Sami made himself very available for any questions or issues I might have during or after the repairs by sending me his personal cell number. Overall ratings for Shottenkirk Honda, a definite 10+. Over 30+ years we have been extremely satisfied with the Honda service department in Huntsville, AL. We would not own any vehicles that were not a Honda. Our advisor will call us before service has begun and review all findings from technicians. Then our advisor lets us know the mandatory services required that day and services that can be put off till later. All our advisors give a break down on costs for the various repairs and routine services. More
