We did most of our discussions over the phone. For a sales rep to go out of their way to help a customer who lives out of town, that's remarkable. Antonio went above and beyond for customer service. Eric also did an amazing job of reviewing the paperwork with me and answered all my questions. What I found was amazing with this dealership was that they had already done the legwork for me. They made the car buying process very easy and stress free. This Honda dealership went above and beyond my expectations. I will be recommending them to everyone I know in the market for a new car. Tracy Stallad's New Car Purchase My first experience with Harrisonburg Honda is when I stopped in on a Saturday evening right when they were closing. Antonio came over to me, introdu My first experience with Harrisonburg Honda is when I stopped in on a Saturday evening right when they were closing. Antonio came over to me, introduced himself, handed me his business card and said that they were closed for the day, but he would be back in Monday morning and told me to give him a call. I called Antonio on Monday and asked to meet with him that evening around 5:00 pm. He said he would be there waiting on me, which he was. We discussed the new Honda Accord Coupe that I was interested in and then discussed price. I had a trade-in that I wanted them to consider. Antonio made arrangements to have my trade-in looked at while he and I went for a test drive. I was very interested in this car and Antonio made it even more impressive. Showing me all of the wonderful things the car had to offer. Once back at the dealership, Antonio sat down with me to review the price. He came back to me with a trade-in allowance that was way too low. I told him where I needed to be and he went back to his folks to see what they could do. I was pleased when he came back and told me that they could give me what I need out of my trade-in. I went back in to see Antonio right before they closed that evening to give him a deposit. I told him to work up my payments and give me a call. I heard from Antonio on Tuesday with information regarding my loan approval and payment amount. Antonio had my new car ready on Wednesday when I stopped in at noon to pick it up. He followed up with me later in the week to see how things were going and to let me know that he would make an appointment to have this protective coating applied and he would get back to me with the date. The next week I dropped off my car and picked up a rental. The next day, Antonio picked up my car and brought it back to Harrisonburg Honda where I picked it up. All nice and clean and ready to go. I appreciate Antonio's willingness to work with me and eagerness to make a sell. He is very professional and very personable. I love my new car and I'm very happy with my experience with Antonio and Harrisonburg Honda. Thanks Antonio!! More
