My first contact, this time (I’m a repeat customer), was online to set up a test drive for a specific vehicle (Palisade Limited). I was contacted within the hour by a salesman, Tao, who arranged everything online to set up a test drive for a specific vehicle (Palisade Limited). I was contacted within the hour by a salesman, Tao, who arranged everything and was there waiting for me the next day at our agreed upon time - he even called me to confirm that morning which was nice. He discovered the vehicle I was interested in had actually been used as a dealer demo and had over 2,000 miles on it. He realized I may not want that exact vehicle because of that and took the time to search other dealerships for a similar vehicle with no miles and assured me that if I was still interested after I test drove the demo that he could have the one he found brought up to the Annapolis location by late that afternoon. Well, I loved the Palisade Limited and asked Tao to have the other one brought up. He did, I was back at the dealership at 4pm, test drive the new Palisade and was out the door with it not too long afterwards. I was trading in a 2022 Palisade SEL (which I loved), they offered me what I wanted for it and we worked out a price for the 2026 model all to my satisfaction. Chris in their Finance office was fantastic too! He was very friendly, knowledgeable and considerate. He made the entire purchase process painless which we all know is not always the case when buying a car. Before I left Tao made sure to go through all the new and upgraded options from my 2022 model and I left with my new SUV VERY HAPPY!!! I 100% recommend this dealership if you’re in the market for a new Hyundai! More
