Jim demonstrated how to use many of the new features of this vehicle----lots of new safety tools--- love the blindspot signals on the side mirrors! Everyone there made me feel welcome and listened to my needs/wants. Melissa helped me find the car of my dreams, April found a way to make it work with my budget and Jen processed everything quickly and efficiently. I can't thank them enough and will certainly be letting all of my friends and family what an amazing experience that I had buying my car at Delaware Subaru! More

I knew right away......... I knew when I walked in the door that I was going to buy a Subaru from the folks at Delaware Subaru. I didn't feel like I was dealing with "car deale I knew when I walked in the door that I was going to buy a Subaru from the folks at Delaware Subaru. I didn't feel like I was dealing with "car dealers". I worked with Jim Colihan - there wasn't any pressure, I got direct, honest answers to my questions, he didn't try to sell me things I wasn't interested in. There were two other people involved with the sale, April Gambacorta (who I did not meet) and Dave Stanton, who did the paperwork portion of the deal.....which was painless ! Everyone at the dealership was courteous and attentive - and it seems sincere. The two best things about this experience is 1) I have NO buyers remorse and 2) I feel very comfortable that I have good a "car care" partner. More

No back and forth, no waiting for numbers, nothing. Simply, I can afford X, they met X. I cannot say anything negative about my experience. More
