I actually live 78 miles from the Herb Chambers Honda dealership in Westborough. I was Googling all my options for many weeks. I have owned many Honda CRVs and my most recent 2016 has 280,000 miles on dealership in Westborough. I was Googling all my options for many weeks. I have owned many Honda CRVs and my most recent 2016 has 280,000 miles on it and showing needs of investment to keep it on the road. I need a reliable vehicle for deliveries I make. I wouldn't go to most of the dealers closer to my home due to previous negative experiences. I ride by this store every Friday morning and I have always enjoyed the clever billboards I see so I stopped in and bought exactly what I was hoping to find that same day. There was no pushy salesperson. Ara J introduced himself, asked what color I wished for and in a matter of minutes he came back saying they had it, I went for a test drive by myself. Knew I was buying it and did the details when I got back. We settled on the length of my loan and what the monthly payment would be. I met with the finance officer and he went through all the extras I could add onto my purchase if I chose to do so. Because of my last purchase and the heavy sell the finance person put me through at another dealership it was awesome that Omar respected my decisions and did not push me to agree to any extras. Being treated with respect was really not something I've experienced in the car purchasing arena at many dealerships, This was an exceptional experience from start to finish. More

Excellent dealership, from the first car I leased and now on 3rd. Did some online research b4 deciding but was in an out with purchase in few hours, including test drive. Ara was pleasant too talk too and the although I did not finance the finance rep was very informat with purchase in few hours, including test drive.
