Roger Belk always oversaw things for me when he was Service manager but Archie has done a fantastic job for me Archie always takes great care of me. Archie extended superior customer service. Through messaging we arranged an appointment, confirmed service, schedule the shuttle ride to and from, added on the inspection and made payments. I never had to call in to wait for help or a representative to answer my questions. Limited face to face contact and speedy, complete service kept us all safe. Archie is outstanding.
