Everything was great, until I left the dealership with one thing unresolved from the finance team. After three weeks of texts, emails, calls and going through multiple people, I finally called corporate one thing unresolved from the finance team. After three weeks of texts, emails, calls and going through multiple people, I finally called corporate customer service and had a call from someone in finance within 30 minutes of ending that call and our issue resolved with 2 minutes of receiving the call.
