I have bought many vehicles from various dealerships over the years and had some great and ok experiences but by far jerry ulm has been the worst dealership ever. Unprofessional, Unorganized, Rude and so fru the years and had some great and ok experiences but by far jerry ulm has been the worst dealership ever. Unprofessional, Unorganized, Rude and so frustrating. It took months to get my down payment back. It got so bad that I almost had to take legal actions for my refund. Salesperson not answering my text nor calls as well as the finance department. Would call directly to dealership asking for manager or any one that could help me resolve the issue but would get forwarded to 7 different voice mails. Would get calls weeks later with so many excuses and apologies. One finance manager called me and told me Salesperson forgot to refund my money which was bs due too all the messages I left Salesperson and management. Communication is key in running a business in which jeff ulm dealership does not have. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. More
