Even though I bought a Suberu from Jerry Ulm Jeep, the staff was very friendly. Wasn’t happy having 3 hits to my credit score though, because they were all high interest rates and I wound up finding my staff was very friendly. Fantastic experience! 2nd purchase from Jerry Ulm. Wonderful from start to finish. It took a little work with our(now previous) finance company, and the finance department, but Jordan stuck with it an Wonderful from start to finish. Matt was great! My initial truck I wanted happened to sell out the day prior to my arrival but Matt and I found a similar model with actually more upgrades on it at the same price! Very Poor This guy is only after the sale. A truck price went up 15000 dollars from what was posted on the internet. all of a sudden I did not get that price du This guy is only after the sale. I have owned a ram truck for years and bought from this place. If ram is only offering this price to " SPECIAL PEOPLE" THAN LET IT BE KNOWN BEFORE us regular people try to buy. He could have let me know that so I did not waste an entire day.I would say stay away from this place and this salesperson before you get slapped in the face with the joke is on you. More

Salesmen did not provide quality customer service after the sale. To add, they tried to lie and tell me I gave inaccurate trade value info (my salesman actually put in the wrong figures, which led to my ha the sale. To add, they tried to lie and tell me I gave inaccurate trade value info (my salesman actually put in the wrong figures, which led to my having to pay more, despite the deal we agreed upon before his error) did not fill gas tank as they promised and were disrespectful upon my service visit afterwards. Aftercare is terrible and once sale is made, they do not live up to their promises, could care less about respecting your time and treat you as you do not exist. I will never buy from Jerry Ulm again. More
