To add, they tried to lie and tell me I gave inaccurate trade value info (my salesman actually put in the wrong figures, which led to my having to pay more, despite the deal we agreed upon before his error) did not fill gas tank as they promised and were disrespectful upon my service visit afterwards. Aftercare is terrible and once sale is made, they do not live up to their promises, could care less about respecting your time and treat you as you do not exist. I will never buy from Jerry Ulm again. More

They showed her the incorrect car with a hard sell that caused her not to be able to go to orlando due to the amount of time she was kept there. They finally showed her the car she came to see and we purchased it the next day. The second visit was great. Do not agree with the price of the car is $500 more than advertised if you are not active duty military. I retired from the military but that had no meaning. Jordan as sales guy was great More
