The process of scheduling for recalls, taking it in only to not have parts and have to go back for repairs they again said they didn’t have the parts had the car a whole day but actually did have the parts to not have parts and have to go back for repairs they again said they didn’t have the parts had the car a whole day but actually did have the parts made a simple recall appt take 3 visits, they did try to make it right and came and picked up car for the 3 time to the dealer over same issue but the process is stupid and place seems over booked and unorganized and if it wasn’t a recall I would have gone elsewhere.
