I had a very frustrating experience with Parks Hyundai. I was told that my request had been sent to corporate, but despite asking multiple times, I was never provided with any proof that it was actually su I was told that my request had been sent to corporate, but despite asking multiple times, I was never provided with any proof that it was actually submitted. Later, I was simply told that I had been denied for service, with no documentation or explanation to support that claim. The lack of transparency and communication made me feel like I wasn’t being treated honestly. I expected better customer service and accountability. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership. More

Sales department seems fine but service department is awful. Made an appointment for noon to have photos made of damage to my car. Arrived on time, waited for an hour only to find out that they hadn't ev awful. Made an appointment for noon to have photos made of damage to my car. Arrived on time, waited for an hour only to find out that they hadn't even taken my car back. Was late to work due to having to wait an additional 30 minutes. Then had to come back the next day because they did not remove (wash off) the paint marker they used on my car to circle the damaged areas and I couldn't get the marker to wash off. Was treated like I was a nuisance rather than a customer. Will never use this service center again. Will probably never buy another Hyundai because of the quality of their customer service. More

I explained to Luciano that I was having an intermittent problem with the touchscreen on my Tucson and that I was not inclined to pay for a diagnosis telling me what I already know. He assured me that an AV problem with the touchscreen on my Tucson and that I was not inclined to pay for a diagnosis telling me what I already know. He assured me that an AVN cost is $2,500. My wife and I determined that we have no need of a touchscreen. More
