I had hart time leasing a car, I had to walk out 3 times out of the dealership, went home without a car. they call me back and told me they will accept my terms, Went back to the dealership after 2 hours, out of the dealership, went home without a car. they call me back and told me they will accept my terms, Went back to the dealership after 2 hours, when I got there, they said that the car is sold. of course, it was a lie... anyway, I end up leasing a car after 2 trips from dearly beach and hours of my time and BIG deposit and high payments... My experience with Efrain and the sales staff was top notch. Efrain was a little tied up with another client so he brought in Ariel to assist. I do have one major concern with the letter I received and offer I received to turn in my lease early, which is the reason I was at the dealer. To me, the letter from Mr. Armani is incredibly deceptive and just simply not a tactic I would expect from a dealership that I have an almost 20 year relationship with. I emailed him my concerns a few days ago and have not had the courtesy of a response. Again my sales staff was awesome, just watch out for any offers you receive in the mail and read them very closely. More
