Driving the volt reinforced my preconceptions that it was a good vehicle that met my needs but they didn't have the exact one that I wanted so Steve found one that fit the bill. Once it arrived, Steve was out of town so he made arrangements for a fellow salesman, Bob Olander, to complete the purchase with me. I wanted an extended warranty, which was explained to me by Arlene Baca, who also took the vehicle payment. It was a great purchase and the sales people managed to get the vehicle and get it done prior to my taking a weekend trip. More
